Our Pastoral Care Department can provide support to you in your time of need, whether in it be in your home, hospital or care facility. In addition to outreach services, we provide consultation, referral and educational materials on a variety of topics and issues in a confidential manner. Volunteer ministers are trained to assist with the following programs:
Our Knitting Quilting and Crocheting with Love Ministry Team along with other parishioners created over 80 red, white and blue blankets, afghans, quilts and hats that were presented to the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center in honor of Veteran's Day. The team received a medal of appreciation from their Volunteer Services Department. Thank you all for your hard work!
Keep us informed! If you or a loved one has moved to a long term care facility or senior residence, please let us know in Pastoral Care so that our ministers can continue to keep in contact with you.
Due to privacy regulations we may not know if you or your loved one is in the hospital. Be sure to inform the hospital staff that you are from our parish to be included on our visitation list. Upon discharge, let us know if you or your loved one is moving to a facility so we can provide support to you there. Contact Julie in the office.
